3. Use of the App
   1. LiftGrid is a fitness-focused social media platform that allows users to share fitness content, connect with others, and access influencer-created workout plans.
   2. You agree to use LiftGrid in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Content and Conduct
   1. You retain ownership of any content you post but grant LiftGrid a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display such content within the App.
   2. You agree not to post harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
   3. LiftGrid reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
5. Influencer Subscriptions and Purchases
   1. LiftGrid displays ads which generate funds to support the app’s growth and stability
   2. We may show you relevant and useful ads without telling advertisers who you are. We don’t sell your personal data. We allow advertisers to tell us things like their business goal and the kind of audience they want to see their ads. We then show their ad to people who might be interested.
   3. Influencers earn 80% of revenue from their subscriptions or workout plans.
   4. LiftGrid reserves the right to adjust revenue-sharing models with prior notice.
6. Termination of Account
   1. LiftGrid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
   2. Users may delete their accounts at any time, but certain data may be retained as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
   1. LiftGrid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
   2. LiftGrid is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the App.
8. Privacy Policy

   Your use of LiftGrid is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data

9. Changes to Terms

   LiftGrid may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
